Mel Brennan

Mel Brennan is the Former Head of Special Projects for CONCACAF, and remains the highest-ranking African American in world football governance history where he led key modernization efforts, served as the first North American lead for FIFA’s e-technology and referee development initiative, and was one of five North American delegates to the 2002 FIFA World Cup in Korea/Japan.
